Welcome to Alara, where every aspect of our service is dedicated to delivering the finest experience for our valued customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form a binding contract between Alara and you, reflecting the care and finesse synonymous with our leather accessories label.

Payment Methods

At Alara, we offer two convenient payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. When placing your order, kindly note that all articles are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or content without prior notice.

Domestic Deliveries

For deliveries within Pakistan, we endeavor to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 working days. If you opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) method, please ensure you have the exact amount in cash ready at the time of delivery. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, personalization options are currently unavailable for COD orders.

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You may do so at any time before the order is processed. Please inform our Customer Support team at kikarsons@gmail.com of your cancellation request before processing begins. However, once the order has been processed, Alara will be unable to cancel it.

Additionally, Alara reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Lack of response from the customer to a query.
  • If ‘Online Bank Transfer’ is chosen as the payment method but no payment reference is shared for more than 3 working days.
  • Duplicate orders placed by the customer. In such cases, we may cancel one of the duplicate orders if no response is received.

Color Variation

At Alara, we make every effort to ensure that the color swatches displayed on our website accurately represent the actual products. However, please be aware that there may be slight variations in leather shades due to the natural characteristics of the material. Additionally, colors seen by customers may vary from screen to screen due to different screen resolutions and/or pixels.
